The customer service person told me we could do a swap no so my granddaughter could get her replacement sooner since it was a birthday present. "My package was probably a week late but I did contact customer support and was offered a voucher which was good. Another thing ordered some denim skirts in xs and one being a petite version for reference I am 5'2 and about 44kg so I would expect it to fit me since it was advertised for 'petites' however the skirts were way too long and too boxy in my opinion I had to return them."
