"I bought a size L because I am 5’0” and 125lbs so my hips vary from 31-38” and hip wise it fits great! Honestly it’s not short enough for me so I ended up cutting it. The original length was around 10-11” from the top to bottom hem but I cut it to be 7”. The shorts underneath I had to tailor to make it short too but other than that it looks so cute!"
