I would size down to get a cute but not too oversized that it looks like your swimming in it, I’m usually between a xs sometimes xxs to a medium and small gave a great oversized but not humungous bulky look. The medium looked like that on me so I retired it and got a small. The quality is pretty good, if you wear a shirt under it isn’t itchy at all! And it’s pretty smooth material in general.
